we just visited this facility for the first time this week. We were going to the Brentwood facility until they started a remodel in the pool area. I really like this facility better and the people are really friendly and I think we're gonna make this our regular place to work out!

It''s got a little bit of everything for everyone. Might not be able to get on what you want other than a treadmill or bicycle for this reason alone, there is only so much space and the other rooms used for classes take up quite a bit of space. Everyone is very polite though and easy to get your workout in. They keep it really clean too but no good places to stretch out. A better designed area to place belongings unsecured would be easy to do and helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful, great people. Veterans get free membership, really fantastic and I don't know anyone else that does this. I use for a back up gym occasionally and they have a small indoor running area particularly useful in winter as I hate both treadmills and frostbite

I love working out and taking classes here. Mostly, I take their group fitness classes. I’ve done their cycling, yoga, sculpt, etc. these classes have had a wide range of ages and abilities. Plus, the employees are always super friendly and helpful. The classes are $10 if you don’t have a membership. They also have open gyms for volleyball and pickleball (and other sports) which can get crowded depending on the night. They have a walking track above the gym and a weight room with TVs and aerobic equipment (stationary bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals). I also appreciate the people are down-to-earth. It’s not overly pretentious and I love that!

You get more than what you pay for here. I've been visiting for over 10 years and it's definitely improved in that time. It's definitely low on frills and not nearly the quality of Lifetime fitness or even YMCA but then again, I would have to pay the same amount in 1 month at one of those places that I pay for at the Rec center and I have access to all of the facilities around the county. I don't need a tanning bed or smoothie bar at my exercise facility so this place is exactly what I need.

Best deal on a gym in all of Williamson County. Friendly staff and good facilities. Lots of things to help out with convenience, like little lockers for wallet/keys and a game room for kids -- all included in membership. My only complaint is I wish they had a bit more selection in group fitness classes in terms of style of class and timeslots. All in all - very glad we are members.
